Rehlingen

Yesterday
I’ve had a competition in Rehlingen. My run up is getting better
and I got over 4.20m. I could take heavier poles and it really felt
good. I’m not used to such good takeoffs and plants anymore so
my rockback isn’t good enough anymore. But I know how to do it
and I’m pretty sure I can gain them back pretty fast. So I’m
really looking forward to next competition. Because I want to keep
my strength I’ll have to do some training again and that means
my next competition will be on the 13th in Kassel.
